Rachel Miller


Rachel is responsible for the Ticketing department, ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of customer service whilst maximising revenue opportunities. Rachel is passionate about data lead decision making and driving progress and change. Interesting Fact: She must have been a mouse in a former life because she loves cheese.

Keith Kelly


As Head of QuayTickets Keith leads a team of over 60 ticketing professionals working across ticketing systems, customer and client services and the development of new services and business opportunities. Interesting fact: Keith set up QuayTickets at The Lowry in 2005 having approached directors with the idea. He also has a chihuahua called Gaius Caligula.

Pete Earnshaw

Ticketing Systems Managers

Pete’s role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the SRO ticketing system for The Lowry as well as the 20+ QuayTicket clients, and oversee the event setup team. His responsibilities are to build and deploy client ticketing solutions (both software and hardware), coordinate offsite ticketing systems. Interesting Fact:

Helen Macfarlane

Event Set Up Agent

Helen is an Event Set Up Agent in the Set Up and Support team at QuaytTickets. She primarily builds and maintains events (including reporting and Agency allocations) for The Lowry and Stockport Plaza. 

Interesting fact:  Helen can do a scarily good horse impression.

Owen Parkinson

Ticketing Team Lead

Owen is a Ticketing Team Leader, and it’s their responsibility to line-manage the Ticket Sales Agents, and deal with both client and customer booking queries.

Interesting Fact: In his spare time, he writes music and bothers his cats.

Laura Thompson

Customer Success Manager  

As Customer Success Manager at QuayTickets Laura is responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of all client services across our diverse client base, ensuring they achieve maximum success with QuayTickets. Interesting Fact: When Laura isn’t navigating the intricacies of client partnerships, you’ll find her navigating the depths of the ocean through her love for scuba diving.

Michael Haddon

Ticketing Systems Managers

Michael oversees the efficient management of the SRO ticketing system, leads the event setup team, and ensure the seamless delivery and maintenance of our clients’ ticketing services. He focuses on implementing robust processes, coordinating offsite ticketing solutions, and prioritizing workloads to meet service level agreements. Interesting Fact: In his younger days, Michael co-ran a record label for left-field dance music weirdos. Strange sounds can still be heard emanating from his home studio on his days off.

Matthew Hawke

Setup and Support Specialists

In his role as a Setup and Support Specialist, Matty works closely with the Setup and Support Managers, focusing on advanced system setups and resolving escalated support tickets. He serves as one of the primary points of escalation for first-line support, whilst also handling event setups for new and existing clients, as well as the configuration and dispatching of QuayTickets hardware .Interesting Fact: Matty has a passion for theatre and a appreciation for the captivating and magical world of live performances.

Mae Lankshear

Ticketing Team Leader

Mae is a Ticketing Team Leader, and it’s their responsibility to line-manage the Ticket Sales Agents, and deal with both client and customer booking queries. Interesting Fact: in her spare time Mae plays the Viola.

Lisa Eaton

Customer Service Manager

Responsible for all customer facing ticketing services including the Contact Centre, Lowry Box Office, Dispatch, Group Sales and QuayTickets offsite box office operations. Managing the day to day performance of the Contact Centre to deliver the highest standards of customer and client service. Interesting Fact: Lisa once appeared on the BBCs Songs of Praise at Manchester Cathedral in the school choir, and often wonders if she missed her true vocation in life.

Liam Cain

Box Office Team leader

Liam is a Ticketing Team Leader, and it’s his responsibility to line-manage the Ticket Sales Agents, and deal with both client and customer booking queries. Interesting Fact: Liam has recently discovered the joys of hiking, and when he’s not halfway up a hill he spends most of his free time crate digging in record shops.

Heather Parkes

Event Set Up Agent

Heather Inputs data using our ticketing software, to Setup and support the on sale of events. Interesting Fact: Heather loves to listen to Pirate Metal.

Harvey Oldroyd

Box Office Team Leader

Harvey is a Ticketing Team Leader, responsible for line-managing the Ticket Sales Agents, and deal with both client and customer booking queries. Interesting Fact: Harvey enjoys playing and listening to music and watching sport.

Ed Higginson

Setup and Support Specialists

Ed is a Set Up and Support Specialist, primarily responsible for setting up events for non-theatre based clients such as East Lancashire Railway, Day Out with Thomas, Avon Valley Railway, Gandeys Circus and Ladyboys of Bangkok. He has extensive experience with reports and ticket design. Interesting Fact: Has eaten live ants in the jungle, and fished for and eaten Piranha.
